We are thrilled to present our wellness workshop focusing on the celebration of MIND, BODY, and SPIRIT.
MIND: help boost your energy levels and enhance your mood with a strength and mobility session
BODY: reward your body for all of its hard work with a restorative massage
SPIRIT: prioritize your mental health with a workshop on finding joy in your life.
The workshop includes a 50-minute Relais Massage, an instructional group workout with a fitness trainer, and a wine and appetizer reception followed by an intimate workshop on finding joy in your life.
