Every month we explore a new and unique way to grow. This month we are taking a look at Vibrate Higher Daily: Live Your Power by Lalah Delia. We will explore "a pathway of higher potential and power that, when honored, transforms your reality - and you."
You will find this group to be warm, curious and compassionate. We rise together, and lift one another in powerful ways. While we meet monthly, each session is it's own complete experience, just for you! Please feel free to bring your own beverages and snacks for self or to share.
