Raising Teens Parent Pod

We are a group of parents who are raising teens, gathering, learning and supporting. Having done these for two high schools as the director of college counseling for Villanova Prep and the other for a large public high school as the PTSA Parent Education Chair, Sonja Montiel (MA) knows this becomes a place where parents can get clear on information, and process some of our concerns and anxiousness in a safe place (without our children nearby).  As a result, we are able to show up with more calm and clarity for our family and especially our teens.
