FWB Member: Time to Release Event (Thousand Oaks)

It's time to get together in-person for our local members in Southern CA. For our members too far from us, we will host a virtual event!

Hilary and Sonja have been listening to our members this month on the growing "work" from our shame, blame and guilt. This even will help each of us name it, burn it, and release it! (Hint: campfire and dancing included)

Please RSVP and bring an appetizer/dessert and beverage to share that comes with a story (virtual members don't have to share but we still want to see and hear the story!).

For example: - a special person made this dessert for you growing up - you found a recipe hidden in an old cabin during vacation - you had this delicious food/beverage during a special event - you ate/drank this during an adventurous day

Casual wear, reflection, laughter and courage to dance is highly recommended!
