Note on shoes:
- Wear shoes that allow the foot to turn. Avoid too slippery soles like smooth leather.Â
- If you only have grippy rubber shoes (gym shoes), apply suede-like material, like felt, over the soles. Â
- No strappy heels.Â
- Avoid, hard inflexible loafers/dress shoes.
